Complete User Guide

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms shall have the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the fly99.bz website and the fly99 mobile app in all its versions.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the fly99 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the Player on the fly99 platform.
• "Funds" refers to funds stored in your fly99 account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, promotional offers, or bonus funds granted by fly99 to a Member.
• "Game" refers to all types of games available on the fly99 platform, including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, and bingo.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Malay version and any other language version of this document, the Malay version shall apply for members domiciled in Malaysia.

To register and use the fly99 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban issued by any authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. fly99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time — including IC, passport, or bank statement — to verify the information you have provided. Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal facility.

Fly99 reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration application without providing a reason.

Fly99 accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia:

• Internet banking transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, and others)
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer
• Touch 'n Go eWallet

All deposits are credited to your account instantly once payment is confirmed by our system. The minimum deposit is MYR 30 for most payment methods. fly99 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your financial service provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

Fly99 reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any deposit deemed unusual. This is part of the anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures we adhere to.

Fly99 members may request a withdrawal of funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process.
• There is no ongoing security investigation or account freeze.
• All wagering requirements (rollover) for bonuses received must be fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50 per transaction.

Fly99 targets a withdrawal processing time of between 5 to 15 minutes for most requests. In cases requiring additional security review, this period may extend up to 24 hours. We will notify you via the in-app notification system if your withdrawal requires longer than usual to process.

Fly99 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any suspicious withdrawal for investigation purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Funds involved in an active investigation will not be released until the investigation is concluded.

Fly99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has wagering rollover requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. The exact rollover requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or redeemed for cash directly without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at any one time, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Fly99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse — such as hedge betting, account collusion, or abnormal wagering patterns — fly99 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated wins.

In the event of any dispute relating to bonuses or promotions, fly99's decision is final and binding.

All games on the fly99 platform are conducted in accordance with the rules set for each game category. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• Slots & RNG Games: All Slot Games and random number generator (RNG)-based games use independently audited RNG technology to ensure fairness and transparency in every outcome.
• Live Casino: Live Casino games are operated by real human dealers via real-time video stream. Results determined by the dealer are final and cannot be disputed.
• Sports Betting: All odds are offered based on information available at the time the bet is accepted. fly99 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error, fraud, or confirmed match manipulation.
• Bingo: Bingo games run on a fixed schedule. Tickets purchased cannot be refunded once the game has started.

Fly99 is not responsible for any service disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end. Should a technical disruption occur on fly99's end during an active game, we will use our server records to determine the valid outcome.

You are solely responsible for keeping your fly99 account login credentials secure. The following account security requirements must be observed:

• Never share your account password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared devices.
• Report immediately to the fly99 support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Fly99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials, unless we have received official notice of a compromised account.

Fly99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• The member is using more than one account or sharing an account with another person.
• The member provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the fly99 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance in an account closed at the member's request will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days, once all required verifications are completed.

Fly99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform, unless a different effective date is specified.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-app notifications or email. However, it remains the player's responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the fly99 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The fly99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, fly99 and its partners make no warranties, express or implied, in relation to:

• Platform suitability for specific purposes
• The reliability, timeliness, or uninterrupted continuity of the service
• Security of data transmitted over the internet is beyond our control

Fly99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses from gambling activity itself. Players acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that they wager at their own risk.

Fly99's aggregate liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
